  2. Affordable: Our tuition cost is less than half of the average tuition at four-year nonprofit colleges or for-profit technical schools in Massachusetts, and 97% of our students receive financial aid.
  3. Flexible: We offer day and evening classes to meet your schedule. Our certificates prepare you to enter the workforce in a year or less, with the option to apply (or “stack”) those college credits toward a degree later.
  4. Supportive: Our small, hands-on classes provide the individualized attention you need to thrive and our success coaches are with you every step of the way. That’s why most Franklin Cummings Tech students finish on time.

Gain the high-demand skills that put you in demand.

This stackable program starts with an 8-month certificate in CNC Machining, earning an Associate of Science Degree (AS) with just one additional year of study.

The AS program builds on the skills attained in the Certificate and adds courses in rapid prototyping and automation, preparing you for roles such as Robotic Assembly Technician, Machining Technician, or Mechanical Technician.

  • Machining technicians, robotics technicians and those in similar roles earn an average starting salary of $62,400-$66,300 per year ($32-34 per hour).
