This stackable program starts with an 8-month certificate in Industrial Electronics Technology, earning an Associate of Science Degree (AS) in Engineering Technology – Mechatronics Technology with just one additional year of study.

The AS program builds on the skills attained in the Certificate and adds courses in Robotics and Automation, preparing you for roles such as Automation Technician, Robotics Assembly Technician, and Electro-Mechanical Technician.

  • Electro-mechanical engineering technicians and those in similar roles earn an average starting salary of $58,500-$72,150 per year ($30-37 per hour).
