Earn a bachelor’s degree tailored to your needs! Our Business Management program offers two flexible options to help you unlock your leadership potential:

  • 2-Year Online Option: Designed for working adults who already hold an associate degree in a STEM field, this fully online program allows you to balance full-time work with your studies. Enjoy flexible scheduling with evening or asynchronous classes.
  • 4-Year Hybrid Program: Ideal for those starting fresh, this traditional program combines online and in-person classes to provide a comprehensive learning experience.

Whichever path you choose, our entrepreneurship-focused curriculum is designed to equip you with the skills necessary to excel in business management. If you have prior experience in business areas covered by the curriculum, you can petition for credit, shortening your time to graduation. Transfer up to 60 credits from your associate degree, potentially eliminating up to two years of coursework.

Our Paid Co-op Model

Franklin Cummings Tech offers a year-long co-op and registered apprenticeship. Students in associate degree programs work for pay in their field of study, providing a path to better careers and higher salaries. It doesn’t have to be a choice between work or school. It can be both.
